1 head purple cauliflower, cut into small florets
¼ cup Columela Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 tsp granulated garlic
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp cumin
¼ tsp La Baleine Coarse Sea Salt
¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
½ cup parmesan
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl, then add olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, granulated garlic, red pepper flakes, cumin, and salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with If You Care Parchment Paper and place cauliflower on top in a single layer.
Bake for 15 minutes, then remove and sprinkle on parmesan, turning to coat and bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve alone as a side dish or add to your favorite salad!
